Introduction to Agile

The Introduction to Agile training program focuses on the history, theory and concepts behind the Agile approach. Participants on the program will gain an understanding of Agile values, principles and processes and their application in the real world, enabling them to adapt better, smarter and faster to changing market conditions and customer needs.
