Lean for Municipalities Green Belt Program

The Lean Green Belt program develops an understanding of Lean and how it is applied across a variety of settings. In addition to understanding the core Lean concepts, tools and practices, the program develops participants to the point where they are competent in facilitating improvement initiatives.

Participants learn excellent techniques for creating value, improving processes and implementing change as well as capabilities that are highly transferrable across the organization and internationally. Participants can achieve an immediate return on investment and benefit through a workplace improvement project requirement.

Mentoring

Full online mentoring support for participants is provided throughout the program.

Assessment and Certification
Participants are assessed based on completing a multiple choice examination online (50%) and submission of a work-based improvement project (50%).

• Notification of cancelation within 30 days of purchase date – 50% refund
