Beyond isolated improvement projects, true Lean transformation requires a systemic approach—anchored in strategic alignment, governance infrastructure, cultural engagement, and disciplined execution.
You will learn how to lead enterprise-level Lean deployment efforts, from strategic planning and Hoshin Kanri to phased rollout design, project execution, sustainment strategies, and building a culture of continuous learning and improvement across clinical and operational environments.
