9. Lean for Municipalities: Yellow Belt: Practice and Final Exam

Practice Exam: 

You are required to complete the practice exam before the final exam. You can take the practice exam an unlimited amount of times, and there is no time limit.

Final Exam:

This exam is 60 minutes in duration. You can make only one attempt at the final exam. 

Important information to know before you take your examination, please read:
When you have completed all sections of this course and are ready to sit the final exam:

1. Please arrange to have approved supervision of your exam attempt (more details in the Supervisory Proctor Form section).
2. Download the Supervisory Proctor Form which is available in the Final Exam section.  
3. Upload the completed Supervisory Proctor Form within a week after you write the final exam.

Please note: Only students who have achieved a passing grade on the exam, provided program feedback and who have uploaded a signed supervisory proctor form from a supervisor will be certified.
